Consignment Terms
We make appointments for in-person consignment review and consideration, We will then will decide upon the fair market price, and you may decide if you would like to leave it with us or not.
Why consign with Pure Bridal We have been selling special-order gowns for 24 years! Our reputation for excellence in customer service is second to none. We have a large customer base that is looking for that beautiful gown, and may not have even considered a consignment gown. Your gown has a better chance of selling because we specialize in Bridal Gowns Our consignment program offers you access to a much larger group of brides than a typical consignment-only store would.
Consignment Guidelines:
All gowns must be 2 years or newer.
We have a huge demand for gowns by Allure, Maggie Sottero ,Justine Alexander Amsale, and Vera Wang.
We do also consign David’s Bridal, Alfred Angelo, or Davinci.
We do also custom gowns.
We accept gowns in sizes 2-30. Gowns must be at least 50″ long on the side seam.
All gowns must be professionally cleaned. if they havent been we do clean for entry to inventory for $ 50.00
Your gown will be on display for 6 months. Most sell within 2 or 3 months. If your gown does not sell, you may come and pick it up, chose to reduce the price, or donate the gown to our Brides project
Your Profit – You receive a portion of the gown’s sale price which is established during the evaluation of your gown.
Payment – You will be sent an EMT transfer immediately after the sale. You are responsible for checking with us to see if your gown has sold.
Been Trying to Sell it Yourself? You must remove it from any cross posting before consigning.
Pricing – Pure Bridal Boutique will use their industry expertise to determine the salability of your gown, and the fair market price for your gown. We will tell you a REALISTIC amount the market will bear, based on the retail price for a new gown, newness of the dress, condition, color, and demand for the style,
What type of gowns are currently selling the best? Lace wedding gowns!!! Some of the most sought-after designers are: Allure, Maggie Soterro, Justine Alexander , Sweetheart , Amsale, and Vera Wang.
What if my dress does not sell?
Unsold items must be picked up within 7 days from the end of the consignment period. Any items not picked up within the 7 day window become the property of Pure Bridal Bridal Boutique. Unfortunately we have too many consignors to remind you to pick up. Please note the date your consignment ends.
If your gown was worn, please dry-clean your gown before bringing it in for review. If this is not an option we can provide this service for you at the cost of 50.00 and will be deducted at the time of sale or if you have decided to pick up the gown must be paid upon Pick up . We can not accept gowns for inventory until they have been cleaned, or please make arrangement with us for cleaning and any repairs will be deducted from the sale of your Gown
Ownership of items is retained by the consignor during the agreement period and all consigned items are left at your own risk. Pure Bridal assumes no liability for fire, flood, theft, damage, loss or damage of merchandise by accident. While we are very careful and trustworthy, the dresses are being tried on and handled and some wear should be expected
I have read the contract in full and agree to the terms and conditions of the contract and I agree to consign my items at Pure Bridal Consignment.
